Group Fitness

 

 

 

Group Fitness classes are free for currently enrolled FGCU students, and faculty/staff with memberships.  All classes are drop-in and take place in the University Recreation & Wellness Center Group Fitness Studios or outside when indicated.  Registration is made available 48 hours in advance on the FGCU Go app.

With over 50 classes offered per week ranging from Yoga and Cycle to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), there are various formats to meet all skill levels. Check out a class of your choosing in one of two new studios in the University Recreation & Wellness Center.

Private group fitness class reservations are available for your on-campus group or department beginning at $15. We can customize any class format to meet your group's needs.
