Graduation Checklist

Graduation information and reminders will be sent to your EagleMail email account.
Please check your email for any updates.



Fall 2021 Checklist

  1. Meet with your advisor to review and verify degree requirements and complete the Application to Graduate on GULFLINE. 

  2. Applications to graduate for Fall 2021 must be submitted to GULFLINE starting December 15, 2020 but no later than September 24, 2021. If you fail to meet this critical deadline, you will not be allowed to graduate and participate in the Fall Commencement ceremony.

  3. Be sure to include your correct mailing address on your Application to Graduate.

  4. Clear any financial holds on your account that will prevent you from receiving your diploma and transcripts. Holds can be viewed on GULFLINE.

  5. Complete the 'Exit Interview' through Financial Aid if you have received student loans.

  6. Complete and submit Service Learning hours by September 24, 2021.

  7. Complete the "Fall 2021 Graduating Student Survey" which will be emailed to you (students eligible to graduate). 

  8. Please update your contact information so we can share information with you after graduation.

  4. Clear any financial holds on your account that will prevent you from receiving your diploma and transcripts. Holds can be viewed on GULFLINE.
