Dr. AnnMarie Morrisseau is an assistant professor who has been teaching at Florida Gulf Coast University since the fall of 2019 when she started as an adjunct faculty and then joined the School of Nursing full-time in April of 2021. She graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and then received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in 2000. She worked mostly in critical care as a registered nurse. Dr. Morrisseau then graduated from FGCU in 2010 with a Master of Science in Nursing with a certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She then obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Florida in 2018. Dr. Morrisseau also practices as a nurse practitioner in pulmonary and critical care medicine at NCH Healthcare System (since April 2012).
