Harassing and Obscene Phone Calls

Harassing, threatening, phishing, social engineering or abusive telephone calls should be reported to the University Police Department.

A formal complaint must be filed with the campus police before the ITS-Voice Services Department can become involved.

Once a complaint is filed, the campus police will notify the ITS-Voice Services of the situation. Specific action will be coordinated with the campus police and the recipient of the calls. All caller identification information will be supplied directly to the campus police for appropriate action.
