Students in the English MA have many opportunities to get involved not only with University programs and clubs, but at conferences too!

On Campus Involvement:

English MA students work with The FGCU Writing Center, a free service available to all FGCU students, faculty, and staff. Acting as a consultant, MA students work one-on-one answering questions and concerns brought to them regarding papers and presentations. The overall goal being to help the writer become a more confident writer and to serve as a valuable resource. MA students also offer workshops on a range of writing-related topics, and a broad selection of handouts developed specifically for the FGCU community.

To get involved with the Writing Center, MA students must be approved through the Graduate Assistant program. Learn more here
